Bill Rice

William A. Rice is a seasoned executive with over 26 years of experience in the financial services industry. He began his career at Cantor Fitzgerald, a leading global financial services firm, where he rose to the position of Senior Managing Partner overseeing the Institutional Equity and Derivatives businesses.

Mr. Rice was involved during the IPO spinoffs of E-Speed and BGC Partners from Cantor's parent company. He also played a key role in the firm's recovery and rebuilding efforts after the 9/11 attacks.

After retiring from Cantor, he founded Miura Capital Management and later became a Senior Managing Director of Rubicon Capital Group — private equity companies focusing on managing investment portfolios in financial, real estate, technology, healthcare, and hospitality industries.
